As an airline, we are having various type of flight services, ie regular commercial flight, spot and dedicated charter flight, even a special handling flight for a medical evacuation. On regular commercial flight, we are forming joint operation with Sriwijaya/NAM Air group to boost our connecting passenger to variuos city beyond East Nusa Tenggara area.

We also introduce few new routes in South Sulawesi, with Makassar as base, to exotic area such as Toraja, Sorowako, as well as Maumere in Flores to connect to Kupang.

On charter service, with our solid experience, we do short/longterm charter, as well as do tailor as per customer request.

  1. Bachelor Degree/Master with desired major in Business, Finance, Economics or other business based field.
  2. Demonstrate strong expertise in a pricing and revenue management gained in an airline environment.
  3. Extensive knowledge of latest pricing and revenue management strategy & tactics
  4. Strong expertise in revenue management, ticketing and distribution software.
  5. Broad knowledge of travel market.
  6. Strong commercial focus and financial awareness/understanding
  7. Ability to handle personally and manage a team in periods of heavy workload and time pressures.
  8. Excellent decision, negotiation and analytical skills
  9. Ability to work on own initiative.
A Revenue Management Head is responsible to achieve the maximization of the revenue and profitability of the company by developing/implementing Revenue Management strategies in pricing & distribution. He/she is the lead in managing the fare ranges across all markets of the company and developing the pricing and revenue strategy on all routes and markets across company network.
Duties & responsibilities
Reporting to Director Commercial, the successful candidate will :
  1. Understand the implications of external market dynamics and competitor activity on the business and react accordingly with appropriate development of Revenue Management strategies.
  2. Identify traffic flows and business opportunities to maximize revenue across routes.
  3. Keep abreast of competitive environment and best practices to revitalize revenue management strategies and tactics.
  4. Validate existing capacity in relation to demand and propose changes as required.
  5. Apply accurate demand forecasts across the business.
  6. Apply strategies and objectives at a macro and micro flight-by flight level, through managing bucket price levels against changing demand, seasons and market conditions.
  7. Manage to and provide updates on performance in relation to planned revenue targets on an ongoing basis. Implement strategies to correct short-falls and leverage opportunities.
  8. Provide or follow guidelines and tools to support/enable decision making by Revenue Management team.
  9. Monitor, interpret and share results of various reports with stakeholders.
  10. Guide and implement post auditing on pricing and RM tactics.
  11. Ensure the company revenue management systems, techniques and technology improve and evolve to keep ahead of market competitors.
