Our client is a French company that produces distilled beverages. The company's eponymous products, Pernod Anise and Ricard Pastis, are both anise-flavoured liqueurs and are often referred to simply as Pernod or Ricard. The company also produces several other types of pastis.
After the banning of absinthe, our client was created from the Pernod Fils company, which had produced absinthe. It is now a worldwide conglomerate.
Our client owns the distilled beverage division of the former corporation Seagram (including brands like Chivas Regal), along with many other holdings. In 2005, the company acquired a British-based competitor, Allied Domecq plc.
In 2008, our client announced its acquisition of Swedish-based V&S Group, which produces Absolut Vodka.
In 2013  joined leading alcohol producers as part of a producers' commitments to reducing harmful drinking.
As of 2015, India is the company's third largest market by value

  1. Possess a Diploma in Management/Business or its equivalent.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years related working experience, preferably from overseas/major FMCG.
  3. Graduate from reputable university with minimum 3.0 GPA.
  4. Well organized; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  5. Ability to work independently and as team-member; and self starter.
  6. High creativity and result oriented.
  7. Highly motivated, proactive.
  8. Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  10. Computer literate (especially windows application software) and ability to learn new program if necessary.
  11. Willing to do regular market visit.

  1. Development activation of brand plan for 
  2. Champagne portfolio including Mumm and Perrier Jouet
  3. Wines portfolio 
  4. Strong coordination and liase with field representatives to maximize the outcome of the activations and their successful implementation including progress monitoring and feedback.
  5. Provide inputs to Strategic Planning process.
  6. Lead coordinate for visibility & branding – both permanent and events (as Visibility Champion).
  7. Ensure brand strategy and activations are in full compliance and in line with brand owner’s direction and global vision & Strategy including brand guidelines, etc. 
  8. Monthly & Weekly reporting (brand sales, activities, competition, branding update, etc.). Provide guidance to field representative team in implementing proper merchandising techniques in regard to POS materials, display, etc. and promotional activities. 
  9. Identify the right pricing policy for each brand/product  - to be in line with brand pricing guidelines index.
  10. Market intelligence and analysis on competitors’ activities, pricing, product potential, market potential, market research/observation, etc.
  11. Liase and coordinate with sales/field representatives for any matter of marketing aspect in outlet (promotional) contracts.
  12. Identify incremental volume and growth potential opportunities to be addressed with new product development and manage launch and roll-out plans.
  13. Development and implementation of Consumer Segmentation by brand/volume/image and focus resources on the right segmentation strategy. 
  14. Ensure full compliance with PR Indonesia operation and Group code of business conduct policy.
  15. Other project(s) assigned by management.
