  1. Min 8 years of work experience with at least 4+ years as HR/HRGA Manager
  2. Industry background : Manufacturing
  3. Technical knowledge : General HR, Recruitment, GS in manufacturing, integration/MT Program, IR & ER, SPSI
  4. Age : 30-37 years old
  5. Male/Female
  6. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resource
  7. Proven leadership and effective communication skill
  8. Progress Oriented
  9. Agile, Active, Transparent, Communicative, hands-on, and Onfield person
  1. Review HRBP Program and Policies and adjust with the operation in Plant site
  2. Ensuring all regulatory, policies, and procedures related to HR goes well
  3. Involved in recruitment (interview) process
  4. Ensuring all new employees integration process went smoothly, do counseling and guidance at predefined time
  5. Involved in the performance assessment of new employees.
  6. Engaging all employees at plant in relation to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a broad range of general HR issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate
  7. Investigating problems, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee or applicant complaints, including complaints regarding harassment or discrimination, and other sensitive matters.
  8. Providing guidance and recommendation for conflict or problem resolution to individuals
  9. Perform employee engagement survey to understand employee’s current condition in Plant
  10. Develop a plan to improve employee’s engagement
  11. Coordinating, directing, coaching, and developing other HR staff (GS, HRSS)
  12. Transfer knowledge to staff on HR policies, programs and processes.
  13. Develop and implement an effective workforce forecasting process for succession management and career planning within his Dept.
