  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience
  3. Knowledge of health care and/or pharmaceutical industry
  4. Candidate with dermatology or aesthetic experience will be advantageous

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
  5. Self-motivated person, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  1. Plan and establish the most effective territory call cycle.
  2. Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the immediate manager on a timely basis.
  3. Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
  4. Manage expenses to maximize profitability of the assigned territory.
  5. Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each call to aid in the improvement of sales call efficiency.
  6. Present specialized product promotion calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
  7. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues and distributors as appropriate.
  8. Develop and maintain product, industrial and competitive knowledge at all times.
  9. Fully cooperate with other team members (the manager, the product supervisor and the customer service officer) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
  10. Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.
  11. Perform special projects on a needed basis.
