Our Representative Office in Indonesia is fully supported by specialised offshore products teams within our company ’s international network to best serve the inbound and outbound development strategies of our clients.



Provide & ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Rep Office
Main responsibilities:
  1. Procurement of office equipment & supplies
  2. Manage office assets and equipment & the operations
  3. Real estate & facility management
  4. Administration of general insurance and staff insurance for the Bank
  5. Travel services – manage travel-related companies and agents, e.g. airlines, hotels, etc. Vendor management.
  6. Provide efficient coordination with relevant departments/assistants in the bank
  7. Ensure smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts, creation of UTcode/ leavenet/ grant, maintenance of P-files etc
  8. Ensure smooth off-boarding for departing employees
  9. Manage payroll (including payroll reconciliation), taxation and benefits administration to ensure that salaries and benefits are accurately and efficiently processed to comply with local labour law and statutory requirements. 
  10. Generate reports for Head Office/Management in a timely manner. 
  11. Ensure HR Handbooks are up-to-date.
  12. Accounts functions – including payments, validation, variance analysis, cost coding, reporting, reconciliation etc.
  13. Liaising with auditors on year-end audit
  14. Maintaining fixed asset register
  15. Secretarial support to management, checking staff claims and payment refunds
  16. Coach the office assistant and support to any other staff member if required
