  1. Minimum S1 Degree in related field
  2. 5+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles in similar position
  3. Strong Experience in Land Transportation both Operation and Commercial

  1. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
  2. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  3. Customer Relationship management, including demonstrated sales success with existing business required
  4. Strong Financial Experience and Problem Solving / Process Improvement skills required
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication & multi-level presentation skills (internally and externally) required
  6. Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, and obey company rules.
  7. Pay attention to the details and stay focused.
  8. Communicate clearly and you feel comfortable interacting in writing and on the phone.
  9. Appreciate being part of a team, but also thrive when working independently.

  11. Have good networking in logistics market in various industry

  1. Prospect and develop new business relationships
  2. Take responsibility for identifying and obtaining customers and then managing the day-to-day needs of those clients.
  3. Manage rate negotiations between company and both customers and carriers
  4. Manage and guide team members, develop an understanding of transportation markets, needs, trends and seasonality
  5. Develop tactical and strategic plans to build talent pipeline through associate development, meet profit and growth objectives
  6. Negotiates with customers for rate increases, scope changes, etc.
  7. Understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions
  8. Deliver excellent customer service
