  1. Degree/Diploma Holder in any related disciplines.
  2. Min 3 years of working experience in similar positions. Regional exposure is a plus
  3. Strong business writing report and presentation skills
  4. Experience to either built-up from scratch or restructure sales structure is an advantage
  5. Experience in managing customer relationships, especially for key account customers.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to gain trust of key stakeholders and gain respect as subject matter expert
  7. Ability to work independently and get the job done – entrepreneurial in nature
  8. Ability to work well with a team across multiple departments
  9. Travelling to Indonesia, Singapore(HQ) (min 50% of travelling)
  10. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
  11. Passive English is required, and Active English is an advantage.
  1. Set sales target and Develop sales strategies to achieve it
  2. Work closely with distributor’s sales team in monitoring performance to achieve sales target
  3. Identify clearly current value chain and set a firmed-unified price structure
  4. Identify clearly the current territory of distributor’s and then set clear border line among the corresponding distributor’s areas.
  5. Identify new potential outlets / customers / channels, esp in the channels which distributor is not present at the moment, to expand the base.
  6. Manage inventory level well by setting good sales forecast by SKU / segment / type with monthly review
  7. Handle customers’ objections / complaints / issues and provide relevant solutions.
  8. Monitor competitors’ activities to keep updated
  9. Work as a team with the Marketing department to create any marketing promotion or activities.
  10. Ensure the agreed promotions are taken into action (by the distributor) and follow up on the promotion until it is finished, and take care of the reimbursement claim process.
  11. Work as a team with the Technical and Training department to develop new potential products and/or any other related products’ issues.
  12. Make a weekly report and monthly report for all the job description
