The jobholder is responsible for :

  1. Achievement of Net Revenue Targets and sales KPI’s
  2. Account management and developments of existing clients through best in class solutions
  3. Delivery of new business and continued pipeline of new accounts for sustained growth
  4. Identifying market trends and building business networks / relationships with key brands, distributors and stake holders
  5. Brand mastery and delivering expertise advise and solutions to our clients
  6. Liaising with cross functional teams (finance, trade marketing) on building client focussed solutions and consistently growing Company's market share across our portfolio of brands
Responsibility :
  1. Builds new business / client pipeline for continued growth, 
  2. Builds strong network of Indonesia brands/clients/ambassadors 
  3. Understands existing clients and provides best-in-class Account Management solutions to deliver their desired goals while growing Company Net Revenue 
  4. Manages day-to-day operations of clients and internal stake holders 
  5. Provides strategic thinking and guidance for the business based on market knowledge and trends across the company’s target industries. 
  6. Promotes and integrates the company’s innovations and new products into the solutions provided to new and existing clients 
  7. Builds collaborative and dynamic relationships with local team members and cross functional partners across the business 
  8. Participate in trade shows, fairs and the company events 
  9. Travels throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective Key Accounts to increase product awareness 
  10. Gathers information on competitors’ activities and provides structured feedback to market managers 
  11. Delivers ongoing management reporting in regards to service levels and net revenue delivery
  12. Prepares budget and forecasts for each Key Account and consolidates figures for all assigned Key Accounts 
  13. Ensures that customers’ data are maintained in SLX systems according to the actual status and made available to all relevant parties
