  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification.
  2. At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry .
  3. Have 2-3 years of internal and external audit experience.
  4. Sound knowledge in accounting standards and local statutory requirements with good analytical and report writing skills.
  5. Experience working under ERP environment
  6. Proficient and knowledgeable in labor law, employment act and other government rules and regulations related to Human Resource.
  7. Fluency of English in listening, speaking and writing
  8. Must be mature, people oriented, results driven and able to communicate with all level of employees.
  9. Good computer literate with knowledge of accounting software and proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
  10. High energy levels to drive results
  1. Manages all areas of financial and management accounting functions and other finance related matters.
  2. Manage the day to day administration of HR functions which includes recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation and employee relations.
  3. Implement effective processes of preparing and closing monthly accounts, analyzing and reviewing results in terms of revenue, cost and profitability.
  4. Ensure compliance to group accounting policy, relevant accounting standards and other statutory requirements.
  5. Ensure deadlines are met for management reporting, cash flow projections, analysis / review reports, reconciliation reports and other account related matters.
  6. Prepare and control the company’s budgetary and forecast exercise
  7. Management the company’s banking, cash flow, tax and audit matters
  8. Improve the system and procedures to increase operational efficiency
  9. Responsible for annual operating budgets, business plans and forecasts.
  10. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
  11. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents on audit, tax and statutory requirements.
  12. Assists in the IT related functions
  13. Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned.
