  1. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. English is a must.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills, interacting appropriately with users of many technical skill levels, remaining calm and courteous while working to resolve problems.
  3. Strong analytical/fault finding/diagnostics/trouble-shooting skills.
  4. Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.
  5. Effective time management skills; with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously requiring experience with prioritizing tasks due to shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and deadline pressures.
  1. End to end responsibility for the management, communication, escalation, investigation and resolution of incidents, ensuring Business / Customer updates are timely and of sufficient quality, arranging discussions and updates as required
  2. Ensure that all modes of communication are effectively used throughout the incident life cycle
  3. Acting as Incident escalation focal point, identifying and resolving conflict 
  4. Creation of agreed action plans with named actions & deadlines, and make sure to deliver the plan properly to the team
  5. Responding to the Incident Analysts regarding escalation issues in a timely
