  1. Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Administrationor equivalent
  2. At least 6 years commercial, key account or sales management experience 
  3. Related experience in industrial sales especially in textile, paper or film core industry, would be an additional advantage
  4. Understands customer service orientation – order management, follow-up, probing, delivery, technical advice, problem solving and managing customer satisfaction
  5. Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with and manage stakeholders of various levels
  6. Works well with ambiguity and is flexible to rapid change
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  8. Willing to travel and possess own transport 
  9. Strong sense of responsibility and likes to meet people
  10. Possesses an analytical mind in data analysis and able to deduce sales / market trends
  11. Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations
The successful incumbents will manage the sales and marketing team pertaining to all sales related activities in Indonesiamarket. He/She will represent the company in sales account management and development which includes proposing, negotiating, closing of sales of products and services that are offered by the company in the chosen markets.
  1. Lead the Sales and Marketing team to handle and manage current & new customers inJabodetabek, Sumatra and East Java markets.
  2. Report to the management on developments in the market place and the sales activities periodically
  3. Response efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.
  4. Prepare proposals & quotations for potential and existing customers 
  5. Responsible for allocated sales targets, and sales margins
  6. Be proactive and involved in all decision-making processes that concerns sales and marketing issues 
  7. Work closely with Production and Customer Service Representatives and other internal stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs
  8. Attend to customer complaints and to resolve issues pertaining to sales and customer relations and ensure the Company’s interest is well protected
  9. Be vigilant on account receivables. Advise the company on doubtful debts, and institute legal proceeding, when necessary
  10. Be a spokesman to the external community on our products and services
