Job Scope


Customer Success Manager works closely with Education Sales and Marketing teams to enable customers to achieve success using Wiley professional training products. This role serves as a project manager and advisor to ensure that local projects are implemented successfully to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • B2B customer facing experience
  • Experience in account management, project management, and executive consulting
  • Motivated and dedicated to learning and collaboration
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Communicate with customers to clarify course content and platform features
  • Understand customers’ needs and expectations and help them to strategically utilize the products to achieve expected outcomes
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them through the discovery process of Wiley products
  • Coordinate with global team to develop product training plans for customers
  • Lead project plan development and full implementation process and be accountable for the results
  • Gather customer feedback regularly to further support product and service optimization
  • Identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions to avoid negative outcomes
  • Interact and collaborate with local Education Sales and Marketing teams to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Assist in the sales cycle to support our Education Sales team to grow our business
