Responsibilities
The Social Media Marketing & Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for Marketing functions in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Community & Content Marketing, and various projects/opportunities in the region. He/she will report directly to the General Manager.
 
 
Main job description - Planning and Goal Setting, Cultivation of Leads and Sales for :
  1. Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  2. Social Media Management (Facebook Ad, Hootsuite Management and develop business on popular social media platforms; FB, TW, IG, LINE & OTHERS)
  3. Content Management (creation and promotion)
  4. SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
 
Primary Duties:
  1. Build Strategic Plan. Fully responsible on plan & execute all Web, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing/ E-newsletter and digital campaigns through any digital media placements. Create, adapt, improve & optimize web-comm for SEO (organic and keyword search)
  2. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  3. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create pages and improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  6. Latest Digital Technology Trend Research & Development, should adapt to the latest tech platform, social media trending & others digital info. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  7. Reporting & Monitoring running projects, make sure KPI achieved
  8. Develop strategic communications plans for promotion and marketing content and run events. Develop & boost corporate promotions and communications.
  9. Mobile phone technologies updates and research and Manage the corporate branding
  10. Develop/maintain social media profiles & quality content on Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Engage and Increase subscribers & User-based
  11. Manage Community, handling and managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line, etc. communications with fan base
  12. Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  13. Manage PR and press relations. Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships.
  14. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
  15. Assist in the preparation & drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.) including at times high-level public speeches for Council and Management team.
  16. Develop and implement customer service response to common complaints and a process in which they are resolved and communicated.
  17. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  1. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video & written).
  3. Monitor, listen, respond to users in a Social way + cultivating leads & sales.
  4. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
  5. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  6. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  7. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  8. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
  9. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  10. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  1. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  2. Ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
  3. Develop organizational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
  4. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  5. Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.
  6. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  7. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
  8. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
