Responsibilities
Overall Purpose of the Job
  1. Nursing competency and skill management.
  2. Nursing service Process and Procedure. 
  3. Nursing development plan and team roster management.
  4. Work closely with relate department to ensure credential process and outcome is in place
  5. Medical equipment management and maintenance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring process and procedure in nursing service are regularly reviewed and updated per company and corporate standard.
  2. Ensuring all process and procedure in ER department are regularly reviewed and updated include training implementation.
  3. Ensuring nursing care plan is available with regular review, development and implementation training.
  4. Ensuring there is solid review for nursing competency, both individually and team, to follow nursing function.
  5. Working closely with Training and Development manager to ensure training and development for all nurses are in place.
  6. Ensuring nursing credential aspect is followed per regulation.
  7. Work closely with relate department to ensure credential process and outcome is in place.
  8. To ensure all medical equipment are calibrated according to government and corporate standard.
  9. To ensure all medical equipment relate with nursing service are well maintained.
  10. Team roster management.
  11. Work closely with medical director to review medical evacuation process and procedure.
  12. Controlled drug management in emergency department
