Job Description 
Business Development Executive advances new opportunities to new customers. Represents and provides education about the company's solutions for potential clients, partners, then brings them on board. He / she will be responsible for managing and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. 
  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through partnership, networking and etc 
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients, partners and listen to their wishes and concerns 
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo on software product 
  5. Prepare sales proposals and quotations 
  6. Constant follow up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing 
  7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data 
  8. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 
  9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 
  10. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  11. Work closely with resellers and referrals to achieve better market share
