Requirements

Job  Requirements   

  • Preferably someone who has working in start-up and building their HR system for at least 2 or 3 years with same level of position
  • Demonstrates a strong skill in HR Planning and strategic program related to HR
  • Demonstrates a strong skill in managing and building the performance management system and aligning with employee development program and the compensation and benefit.
  • Demonstrates a strong skill, knowledge and abilities in Local manpower regulation, Employment contract management, Employee income tax Employment and Health BPJS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build   a strong relationship with all level of the organization
  • Fluent in English is   a must   
Responsibilities

Job Description    

  • Ensure   legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR regulation of   Indonesia   
  • Work   closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build   morale and increase productivity and retention   
  • Resolve complex   employee relations issues and address grievances   
  • Process taxes and payment of employee compensation and benefits   including health BPJS and Employment BPJS     
  • Oversee and manage a   performance appraisal system that drives high performance   
  • Suggest new HR strategies   
  • Maintain and update   employee database   
  • Responsible for   employment contract documentation
