Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree required
  2. 5+ years experience in analytical sales, category management, finance, or trade marketing
  3. Self motivated and has ability to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse tasks
  4. Strong computer (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) skills
  5. Enjoys and is proficient at detailed sales analysis
  6. Experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems and Syndicated Data preferred
  7. Ability to build strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, category management
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  9. Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities
  1. Create and develop activity calendar is based on "trade plan" annual  for the purpose of achieving the target sales and distribution.
  2. Manage trade promotion budget of each category and make the programs "trade promotion" in accordance with the marketing strategy.
  3. Together with the marketing team to prepare "launch plan" for each new product. Preparing DMPP (Distribution, Merchandising, Promotion, Pricing), making the product allocation for each area, making POP Material, making trade program, and monitor the progress of launching a minimum within the first 3 months.
  4. Make "Sales Brief" for each of the programs that made regular promo.
  5. Support for the Sales Organization, such as data analysis, create an incentive program for salesmen and SPG, preparing a national sales meeting
