Consistently, the company develops and produces (herbal products), natural cosmetic, health drinks, food supplements and aromatherapy products as well as providing services of Spa treatments, which rooted from Indonesias Javanese royal heritage through the beauty concept of a holistic health of body, soul and spirit.

The Company has implemented the international standard ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System since 1996 and ISO 9001 with the latest version the year 2009 named 9001:2008 Quality Management System. In addition, the company has been certified Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) since year 2004.

Requirements
  1. Female/Male ; age 28-35 y.o.
  2. Holds min.Bachelor Degree (S1) - preferably from one of the following beautician, pharmacy, apothecary
  3. Min.8-10 years experience in product development/innovation in beauty or health sectors
  4. Sufficient understanding ingredients and application
  5. Experience in managing team - good leadership
  6. Digital savvy and beauty trend followers
  7. Basic financial calculation of product costing
  8. Excellent project management capabilities
Responsibilities
  1. Outlay strategic innovation and product development for short term, mid term and long term timeline for our key brands
  2. Generating out of the box ideas for innovation/line extension in beauty, health and wellbeing sectors  through various researches methodology (i.e. market visit and benchmarking, digital search , quanti/quali research)
  3. Build strong partnership with R&D and Production team to translate the innovation ideas into reality
  4. Build strong partnership with Key Opinion Leaders in beauty, health and wellbeing sectors (i.e. beautician, dermatologist, beauty influencers, universities, research bodies, BPOM, etc)
  5. Managing brand innovation/line extension projects with Brand Team (GM Marketing, Product Managers) from start till launch following project development stages
  6. Calculate financial aspects for making the products with finance and brand team
  7. Manage the team day to day operation
