Our company - BPC Banking Technology (www.bpcbt.com) is a fast growing fintech and e-money company based on Jakarta, Indonesia. The shareholders are from Switzerland which are focusing in banking software technology. We start to operate in Jakarta and planned to launch our first payment platform. Our aim is develop Indonesia to better prosperity, especially by serving the need of unbanked population that does not have 3G/4G connection and no smartphone.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience for IT projects
- Have an experience in project implementation
- Have an experience in banking, credit or other financial industry
- Have an experience in Data Center and DRC (Physical or Cloud Server)
- Have an experience in System Integration to other parts
- Have an experience in Oracle, Linux, Weblogic, Software Development, Programming Language
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Required skill : strong leadership to manage project team, good negotiation skill and analytical problem solving skill
- Manage projects from design and development to production
- Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle development
- Plans and schedule projects deliverables, goals, milestones
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues
- Designs and maintain technical and project documentation
- Effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards
- Handle integration with vendors and other party
- Regularly report project progress to Head of IT
- Ensure project done on time, on quality, on time and on scope
- Prepare project status report
