Requirements
  1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. Master degree is desirable
  2. Minimum 5 years in procurement or in relation to the procurement domain line function (preferably in automotive industry)
  3. Negotiation skills, analytical skill, decision-making skill and knowledge in purchasing processes & systems.
  4. Specific and high level knowledge and suppliers networking in the area of :
  1. Production Material (parts and tools for the assembly line)
  2. Construction services
  3. Equipment for buildings and workshops
  4. Production machines and Equipment
  5. Lubricants, Chemicals and Energy
  1. High knowledge in the area of Indonesian commercial / business law, local regulations and international trade
  2. English language written and spoken fluently (negotiation level), Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.
  3. Social Competencies: High interpersonal skill (with business ethics), reliability, service orientation, communication capability, capacity for teamwork, decision-making ability, leadership skills
  4. Proficient in various IT tools and application, especially MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and lead the activities of the technical commodities which includes
  1. Production Material (parts and tools for the assembly line)
  2. Construction services
  3. Equipment for buildings and workshops
  4. Production machines and Equipment
  5. Lubricant, Chemicals and Energy
  1. Align the procurement strategy with the technical Assistant Manager and buyers
  2. Coordinate and lead the activities of the technical Assistant Manager and buyers. Coordinate the procurement strategy implementation including coordination with all relevant cross-functions
  3. Lead cross-functional projects including guiding and coaching the project team members on a high level of social and functional competency
  4. Analyzethe supply sources for the national and international procurement market
  5. Analyze cost savings potentials. Plan strategic projects including capacity planning, time planning, interface management
  6. Steer and coordinate projects including risk management, gap analysis, and implementation of counter measures
  7. Present project updates in the relevant board, moderate meetings with cross-functions, lead workshops
