  1. University degree
  2. 8-10 years technical working experience in customer service, import & export, oversea transportation management, prefer to have Chemicals background
  3. 5 years management working experience in people management, cross function communication, internal and external vendors management
  4. Good communication skill and team player
  5. SAP knowledge is preferred
  6. Fluent English Writing & Reading, Listening and speaking
  7. Speaking & listening in Chinese is preferred
Indonesia SCM main operation includes Customer Service, logistics (including transportation, warehouse & import/export), purchasing, and partial sourcing.
This role is responsible for overall smooth and efficient supply chain for Indonesia.
main tasks in Indonesia including the team management, the correct operation by SCM team& the logistics vendors to support the business, the process improvement, the coordination& the collaboration crossing functions, etc.
Employee Management
  1. Stucture the efficient localsupply chain team according to the business requirement
  2. Conduct personal performance discussion
  3. Identify competence gaps
  4. Work out develop plan to close competence gap
  5. Provides an attractive working environment to the employees and conducts human resource planning for own team.
  6. Ensures that employees are trained to fulfill the assigned tasks

  2. Implementation of global/regional processes/solutions in Indonesia
  3. Objectives/targets alignment with global/regional SCM targets

Process & Tools
  1. Ensures a high degree of customer focus in all activities and maintains good co-operation and communication with segments/functions.
  2. Ensures that process and procedures are efficient and in compliance with company standards as well as both internal and external audit requirements
  3. Provides the framework for professional operation of all supply chain activities
  4. Makes propositions to further improve operations, processes and organization
  5. Supports the implementation of local, regional and global projects in time and costs
  6. Support the internal & external audit related to SCM operation

Customer Service Management
  1. Manage the team member to ensure Receiving, processing and confirming orders from customers
  2. Ensure correct customer service process and monitor OTIF status
  3. Follow up and discuss with local procurement and intercompany country of direct shipment
  4. Response to customer complaint in timely manner
  1. Manage the import/export process, operate necessary registration if any
  2. Manage the external warehouse, ensure the inventory correction
  3. Arrange the transportation and ensure the delivery satisfaction
  4. Manage the logistics vendors, to ensure their safety & correct operation for company products.
  5. Control the logistics cost, optimize the operation to maximum the saving.
  6. Manage the inventory counting to ensure the stock accuracy
Planning &Procurement management
  1. Cooperate with segment and regional planning to clarify the Demand Management
  2. Participant S&OP meeting
  3. Ensure the purchase order flow from Company to external suppliers
  4. Ensure new product lunch cross functions with the cost analysis, the goods availability, etc.
  5. Ensure the correct Procurement process and necessary communication cross functions
