  • Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Science or related field, preferable with MasterDegree
  • 10 years experiences in the chemical industry
  • At least 5 years in management level
  • Good knowledge in sales and marketing of chemical industry is an advantage
  • Experience in leading key projects to achieve business or organization objective
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Own a car and be able to workup country
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical skill and strategic thinking
  • Excellent skill of management skill, leadership, teambuilding & team work and great interpersonal and communication skill to work successfully across the organization and with external vendors
  • Good understand and well manage the issue and good problem solving
  • Effective handle demands or stress with tight deadline
Purpose of job (principal task): 
  • Develop and implement an organization wide sales and marketing strategy that will improve the organization’s competitive position and responsible for business objective in sales volume plus other targets as business strategy and annual business plan 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Within the general scope of company's worldwide GMF business objectives, leads the business development in the country 
  • Lead plan and ensure the achievement of sales and services objectives consistent with the company’s long term and short term business plans 
  • Propose, develop and implement the company’s sales & services policy and strategies 
  • Maintain and further develop channel structure, process and support systems to meet customer’s needs
  • Visit and establish relationships with large volume customers and other potential customers to ensure continuity of and long term business relationship 
  • Prepare the budget and expenditures in the allocated areas to ensure sales and services activities are conducted with cost effectiveness 
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports 
  • Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of sales team, set individual territory sales, targets and  plan
  • Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales team so that they possess sufficient and  technical knowledge to present the company’s products in an accurate manner. 
  • Approve documents according to the latest DOA received 
  • Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part  in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level”.
  • sPerform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
