Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree any major
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Dept. at mid-level.
  3. Excellence English communication and business correspondence skill; German would be an advantage
  4. Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), presentation knowledge
  5. Good initiative, interpersonal skill and self-motivated.
  6. Disciplined,  conscientious, creative, initiative and have good communication skills
  7. Strong analytical skills
  8. Experience in payroll process
Responsibilities
 
Personnel Data :
  1. Filing personnel file for permanent employee (Local+, Expat), contract employee and probation.
  2. Manage personnel file of employee, ensure all documentation are complete and store both in personal file and in the system.
  3. Input salary data in HRWT (new employee, promotion, upgrade, transfer)
  4. Maintain personnel data in HRWT due to recruitment, transfer, promotion, PC up-grade and any other personnel related changes/ maintain and update employee database in the system.
  5. Communicate organization changes in MB Indonesia to EOD team.
  6. Ensure confidential data are securely keep
  7. Run routine and ad hoc HR reports (HRWT) as requested such as quarterly and annual audits. 
  8. Build and deploy reports & dashboards that replace existing manually created reports
 
Contract Management:
  1. Prepare employee contract for permanent employee (Local+, Expat), contract employee and probation.
  2. Ensure confidential data are securely keep

Payroll process:
  1. Payroll preparation and time management
  2. Coordinate necessary administration related to payroll preparation (Time management/ attendance, Absence, Time & leave crediting, Vacation processing, Leave of absence)
  3. Payroll processing
  4. Collation and preparation of tax data including Tax clearance
  5. Legally reporting of taxes and social security
  6. Payroll post-processing & reporting
  7. 2nd level support for employee queries 
  8. Vendor Management for Symphony
 
HR Compliance
  1. Ensure all personnel are complete including Police Record of Good Conduct/SKCK
