Requirements
  1. Degree / Diploma in HR or a related discipline from a recognized university
  2. 6-8 years of experience in HR in a professional services partnership firm handling gamut of activities with proven expertise in running end to end in-house recruitment.
  3. Some experience in HR Generalist profile including comp & ben, onboarding & orientation, performance management, employee relations, exit procedures, compliance with labour laws.
  4. Knowledge of country specific labor laws & employment practices in Indonesia
  5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  6. Highly process oriented & strong in execution of tasks
  7. Collaborative in working style and works best in a team structure
  8. Experiencing in supporting and managing international stakeholders and expat employees
  9. Self-disciplined, pays attention to details and is organized
  10. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, resourceful, with problem solving skills
  11. Possess strong communication skills in English language
  12. Possess advanced Excel skills (at a minimum knowledge of pivots and charts) and PowerPoint skills
  13. Relevant degree level qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
 
Languages
  1. Must: Fluency in written and spoken English language and Bahasa
  2. Added advantage: Written and spoken fluency in one or more of Melayu or Mandarin
Responsibilities
 
Role Summary
This role carries a focus on Indonesia HR Ops and Recruitment.
HR Ops includes performance management, compensation and benefits, professional development, employee relations and other day-to-day responsibility of HR service delivery to the all employees.
 
This role has hard line reporting into Senior Manager HR based in Singapore and a dotted line reporting to Indonesia Managing Partner.
 
 
Position Role & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
  1. Act as recruitment specialist in Indonesia to educate on staffing best practices, talent market insights and internal HR processes
  2. In consultation with leadership; research, design, deliver and manage a direct/indirect sourcing campaign that results in appropriate pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets’
  3. Own full-cycle recruiting for the region including req intake, writing job descriptions, posting open positions, sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, gathering interview feedback, negotiating offers, facilitating offer process including salary proposal, offer negotiation, offer preparation etc.
  4. Provide advice, coaching, training, support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates
  5. Timely preparation and submission of periodic recruitment reports
  6. Oversee, Collaborate and manage various recruitment channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, online Job Boards, and agencies including tracking and reporting of recruitment pipeline for all positions
  7. Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
  8. Manage the implementation of recruiting system (Taleo), and ongoing management of data integrity
 
HR Operations
  1. Oversee the execution and administration of operational and transactional HR activities for Indonesia
  2. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and develops plans, success measures and timelines for tasks.
  3. Manage employee relations, which include providing coaching and mentoring guidance
  4. Manage HR Service vendors to ensure seamless delivery of service in support of business
  5. Maintain up to date HR data in HRIS to support HC movements and HC reporting
  6. Take on SEA wide special projects from time to time and lead to seamless execution within timelines
  7. Manage logistics associated with new hires including offer preparation and on-boarding and orientation process
