  1. Typically 10+ of human resources and business partner experience with significant strategic experience, including senior management influence.
  2. Degree holder with professional HR qualification
  3. Strong partnership with business / functions to deliver on corporate & business / function objectives.
  4. Decision-making, problem-solving and counseling. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Liaises With : Internal Customers like Business Units Managers/Supervisor/Officers and External Customer like Union officials and vendors.
Position summary
  1. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues
  2. Assesses and anticipates HR related needs to develop integrated solutions
  3. Communicate proactively with Group HR and business management to formulate partnerships to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
  4. Advisor to Business Leaders and coach Leaders on HR Best practices and leadership competencies.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business/functions.
  2. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues
  3. Act as an employee champion and change agent.
  4. Ability to provide HR consultation to senior managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management.
  5. Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues.
  6. Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  7. Strong leadership and staff development skills.
  8. Ability to build partnerships across various functions.
  9. Strong communication skills - written, oral and presentation.
  10. Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently.
  11. Ability to effectively manage a medium budget.

  17. Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HR initiatives across a region or large business group.
  18. Actively partners with and influences Department/Business group Head on a regular basis.
  19. Drives strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising some governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, requisition approval, resolution of high-impact disputes).
  20. May be responsible for significant dotted-line employee reporting relationships.
  21. Manages organization-wide plans that impact multiple business units and functions globally.
  22. Typically partners with Business Unit Heads.
