Requirements

Responsibilities
Bertanggung jawab untuk pencapaian target bulanan dan pendistribusian barang ke cabang distributor.
 
Uraian Kerja
  1. Membuat target bulanan (3 bulan) untuk all product dan meminta persetujuan GM. Sales & Distribution.
  2. Bersama department Purchasing menunjuk expedisi pengangkutan barang dan membuat surat perjanjian.
  3. Melayani P.O. dari Distributor dan Cabang.
  4. Menentukan dan memonitor pelaksanaan dan pengangkutan barang.
  5. Merangsang/ meminta order tambahan pada distributor dalam rangka pencapaian target bulanan.
  6. Mengadakan Pra Contrac Review Meeting dalam rangka kelengkapan pengadaan barang untuk penjualan bulan bersangkutan dan berikutnya.
  7. Memonitor kelengkapan barang dalam usaha pencapaian Target.
  8. Menandatangani voucer : tagihan expedisi, tagihan pembayaran Asuransi, Kredit note Barang, Claim Bonus, Pembelian Stationary keperluan Alat Tulis Kantor, Permintaan Kerja lembur Bawahan, Izin Cuti, Izin Sakit dari masing-masing bawahan.
  9. Menandatangani Sales Order.
  10. Membuat data-data sales yang diperlukan untuk evaluasi/ analisa.
  11. Menilai hasil kerja.
 
C. Wewenang
  1. Pengesahan P.O. dari Distributor dan Kebutuhan stock Cabang.
  2. Menyetujui pengiriman barang.
  3. Menyetujui izin cuti/ lembur bawahan.
  4. Menyetujui permintaan keperluan alat tulis kantor.
  5. Mutasi bawahan.
  6. Menyetujui Claim Asuransi Barang Kirirman.
  7. Memeriksa biaya komisi & Incentive : BA, KBA, AM, AS untuk cabang.
  8. Memilih dan menentukan penggunaanExpedisi pengangkutanbarang, bersama bagian pembelian.
