  1. At least 8-10 years experience in sales and business development
  2. Experienced at building and growing client relationships at senior levels through positive communication, honesty and trust
  3. Demonstrated ability to close deals and think creatively around consumer needs, customer opportunities and potential solutions
  4. Confident with technical interaction, enjoys problem solving and utilizing products to ensure successful sales goals
  5. Creative and Strategic thinker,Independent,Self-starter who thrives in expected outcome and to deliver on commericaltargerts
  6. Familiar with Fusion Splicer suppliers & OTDR suppliers and fiber optic related products 
  7. Strong experience in Fiber Optics and Telecommunications
  8. Have a good network with Telkom Akses,Telkom Indonesia as well as other telecom operators and “all contractors”
  9. Great understanding of the current market, competitors and customers
  10. Fluency in English and native in bahasa indonesia
  1. Develop new business and build customer relationships towards achieving sales targets 
  2. Build business from scratch from designing go to market strategies through direct customer relationship and strategies partnership
  3. Design and propose value proposition narrative from product based to insights and customer-centric based and influence stakeholders to market product with this narrative
  4. Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate deals that contribute to defined metrics
  5. Manage relationships and leverage your existing network within the industry 
  6. Working closely with the ISM to create sales strategies and value proposition for the Indonesia market
