Our client, they are multi-national personal and home care consumer goods company from Japan.

Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree;
  2. 5 - 7 Years of professional work experience in the related field, preferably in consumer goods industry;
  3. Experience in setting up a sales channel from scratch – defining market entry strategy, establishing sales processes, discovering new sources of leads, writing a pitch, etc.
  4. Experience writing and negotiating distribution agreements;
  5. Ability to get things done in a highly cross functional matrix environment;
  6. Demonstrated executive presence; ability to engage at all levels internally and externally
  7. Financial acumen with strong P&L / Balance Sheet experience;
  8. Demonstrated customer facing experience;
  9. Proven track record in a commercially focused position and international strategic sales;
  10. Native fluency in written and spoken English required;
  11. Language skills would be beneficial;
  12. Ability to travel international;
Responsibilities
  1. Develop the company export sales expansion strategy;
  2. The candidate must achieve sustainability sales and profitability growth by negotiation, closing, implementing and ensuring compliance to agreements with multinational business partners;
  3. The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential business partners from different countries
  4. Develop sales promotion materials for international audiences along with marketing team;
  5. Provide after-sales marketing and technical support to business partners in conjunction with marketing teams;
  6. To make sure the existing business partners are retained and maintained while developing the new business partner;
  7. Develop and manage appropriate metrics and systems for forecasting and reporting on sales and the sales pipeline;
  8. To ensure that the all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales;
  9. Maintain strong knowledge of consumers and market through regular visits to customer;
  10. To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities;
  11. To constantly review business partners’ performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to management.
