As an airline, we are having various type of flight services, ie regular commercial flight, spot and dedicated charter flight, even a special handling flight for a medical evacuation. On regular commercial flight, we are forming joint operation with Sriwijaya/NAM Air group to boost our connecting passenger to variuos city beyond East Nusa Tenggara area.

We also introduce few new routes in South Sulawesi, with Makassar as base, to exotic area such as Toraja, Sorowako, as well as Maumere in Flores to connect to Kupang.


On charter service, with our solid experience, we do short/longterm charter, as well as do tailor as per customer request.

Requirements
2H 2018 KPIs :
1. RASK not lower than domestic industry benchmark level.
2. SLF not lower than domestic industry benchmark level.
 
Education :
1. Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing / Financial related majors preferred)
2. Overseas studies (helpful)
 
Work experience :
1. Minimum 3 years’ airline revenue management experience (must have)
2. Working knowledge of deploying RM solutions to quickly react to market events
 
Languages :
1. Fluent spoken and written Bahasa
2. Fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities
Leadership position to maximize the main business total revenue and to maximize the overall RASK of the whole fleet.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for using all necessary methods to carry out airline revenue management and analysis tasks and put forward proposals and actions to increase flights revenue.
  2. Responsible for the establishment and management of sub-classes, always maintain well prepared RM plans for special competitive markets and sales periods.
  3. Responsible for propose suggestions on flights adjustment and coordinate with AOC/IOC to make relevant proposals for flight adjustment in the short term.
  4. Maintain a good relationship with the MR team of other airlines and responsible for coordinating flights revenue control with other airlines to improve company’s flight revenue.
  5. Coach the staff in the revenue management team on the daily detailed works and procedures to ensure the completion of all tasks.
  6. Responsible for compiling, revision and implementation of the Revenue Management Manual.
  7. Responsible for assigning tasks to each staff of the revenue management team to ensure the maximization of total revenue and RASK.
  8. Responsible for introduction and training of personnel in the revenue management team to continuously improve the RM working skills and quality.
  9. Responsible for the implementation of the KPI system into the MR team so as to enhance each staff to archive better business performance.
