Our client in Indonesia is managed by a strong management team of retail marketing professionals with extensive experience and knowledge in their various backgrounds. 

  1. University graduate or above in any major.
  2. At least 5years experiencein handling business retail 
  3. Exposure to retail business is a must
  4. Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  5. Excellent spoken and written English
  6. Able to manage networking with landlord and handle all the legal documents needed
  7. Build up supportive and constructive relationship with both internal and external business partners.
  8. Able to lead and coach the team in a positive way.
  9. Good planning and organizing capability and work on priority and systematic approach, sensitive to timeline and deliverables
New Business Development
  1. Identify potential market area for sales opportunity
  2. Negotiate and make a good realationship with landlord and mall managements
  3. Research and build relationships with landlord and mall managements
  4. Set up meetings between landlord and company’s practice leaders/Director. 
  5. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. 
  6. Review and analyst the legal documents related in market survey, renewal, new store, existing and store’s closing
  7. Maintain the agreement store renewal updated 
  8. Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  9. Arrange and participate in internal and external debriefs
Business Development Planning
  1. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. 
  2. Identify opportunities for distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. 
  3. Using knowledge of the market area and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.          
  4. Provide report weekly, monthly and yearly to Director
