Our client in Indonesia is managed by a strong management team of retail marketing professionals with extensive experience and knowledge in their various backgrounds. 

Requirements
  1. University graduate or above in any major.
  2. At least 5years experiencein handling business retail 
  3. Exposure to retail business is a must
  4. Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  5. Excellent spoken and written English
  6. Over 4 year experiences in retail industry, in the same position
Responsibilities

Daily             

  1. Following existing customer by email/phone/meeting
  2. Preparing for prospect Customer
  3. Preparing for presentation
  4. Follow up payment from Customer
  5. Coordination with Marketing ,following incoming product
  6. Maintain discount that we offer to customer, (not make GM going down)
  7. Responsible to dealing with customer for qty, price, discount
  8. Checking Performa Invoice from Assistant Manager

 

Weekly

  1. Arrange schedule meeting for customer for 1 week
  2. Updating stock and in coming product f (for offer to b2b customer)
  3. Update weekly sales
  4. Report progress weekly sales 
  5. Looking for possibility to following company tender (like : Telkomsel, oil, etc)
  6. Keep contact with agent to get information about even that we can offering our product.
  7. Review and monitoring Ass sales Manager
  8. Monitoring order for Franchisee

 

Monthly

  1. Consolidation with accounting dept to get sales result
  2. Setting monthly target
  3. Set up incentive report
  4. Consolidate all customer that approve order per brand
  5. Set up meeting with Franchise
