Knowledge & Skill :

  1. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales management role specifically in Tobacco or FMCG industry
  2. Negotiation skills with excellent leadership skills to motivate and drive the team
  3. Excellent analytical skills
  4. Communication & problem solving skills
  5. Computer literate in MS Office 
  6. Language requirements are regionally specific
  7. Business Financial and Numerical expertise
  1. Achieving or exceeding the Sales objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.
  2. Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region. 
  3. Responsible to expended coverage area and Develop business strategy by lookingthe opportunity of new stores thatsuits the brand standardin order to ensure the business growth
  4. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region
  5. Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets
  6. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
  7. Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region
  8. Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and make a promote program plan marketing
  9. Co-ordinate and follow up with the logistic to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior service level.
  10. Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company
