Requirements
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor degree from any discipline preferably from animal husbandry or veterinary.
  2. Minimum 35 years old.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in feed mill company
  4. Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial level
 
 
Languages and Communication Skills
  1. Good in English both oral and written.
  2. Able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  3. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  4. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, management and employees.
  5. Computer Skills
  6. Computer literate.
  7. Good in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific related software applications.
 
Other Skills/Experience
  1. Proven leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organisational development.
  2. Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on the running of the organisation.
  3. Able to lead team and provide clear directions/instructions.
  4. Able to stimulate cooperation within a team. 
  5. Able to anticipate, identify and solve problem with team.
Responsibilities

This position is to manage sales of the company’s products, sales team and services to customer across the province of Indonesia.  To ensure a consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, build good working environment and relationship with other supporting department, also to improving products. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Create and compile a realistic sales goals tailored to the results of the market analysis as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company to be easily reached. 
  2. Establish the direction to existing market and product and do strategies on new market. 
  3. Manages an assigned sales team in each area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
  4. Performs sales activities on major accounts/dealers in each level of distribution network, consultation with respective GMs.
  5. With consultancy with respective GMs, to able to do set up the price offering and negotiating to big customers/big group and also in periodically discount structure to maximize the sales to customers and dealers
  6. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  7. Set up reporting and develops kind of report to be able do monitoring sales and collection and to involve actively on long overdue case.
  8. Coordinates with each function head of company, to ensure efficient stocks and supply.
  9. To follow latest all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  10. Do establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
  11. Collaborates with nutritionist, purchasing and respective GMs  to develop products strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  12. Establishing programs sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies and competitive strategies.
  13. Do establish the promotion program, annual sales volume incentive and specific target volume and promotional on introductory discount.
  14. Do schedule and propose sponsorship for specific agenda in line with the big group or group customer (key customers) interest either in sports, entertainment and pro social activities.  
  15. Do collaborates with respective GMs  to establish Plan and also control for sales entertainment and  promotion activities to customers
