  1. Bachelor Degree or Higher degree with related sales product experience .
  2. Command verbal and in writing of the English language.
  3. General PC knowledge (Word, Excel, MS-Project, etc))
  4. Min 5years experience dealing with Sales and Marketing of the rotating equipments
  5. Capability, to identify, organize, plan and allocated resources, having good interpersonal, able to acquire and use information and understanding semi-complex interrelationship.
  6. Familiar with Rotating Equipments.
  7. ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 Requirements.
  8. Safety & Health Awareness.
  9. Project Management, Power point / presentation.
  10. Familiarity with Rules & Regulation locally and globally.


Basic Functional Responsibilities : 
  1. To promote sales of RES-ID scope of services through contact with prospective customers and maintain relation ship with existing customers while acting in accordance with company procedures and objectives. 
  2. To coordinate Sales Department to achieve company Sales targets.
  3. To cooperate with all customers to expand, develop and explore new techniques and markets for repair service and related product.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Perform basic sales and marketing functions to the interest of RES-ID company business, in a professional an effective manner. These activities include promotion, Introduction/sales presentation of RES-ID services, market surveys, lobbying with client etc.
  2. Familiarize himself with services offered by RES-ID in order to support his duties/tasks.
  3. To finalize quotations, proposals and sales agreement under coordination with BOD.
  4. Review monthly billing worksheets.
  5. Review reports periodically (Sales activities and Order Received Report).
  6. Assists in collecting A/R.
  7. Reports on general and specific market condition.
  8. Maintain communication and team works with other departments.
  9. Review customers and equipment data base.
  10. Perform other related assignment from his superior.
  11. Ensures that all works and activities in the department are done in line with the ISO procedures, as well as the HSE and company regulations.
  12. Preventing accident, conduct walk thru and observation. 
  13. Campaign using Stop Work Authority to their subordinate when any unsafe Act and condition then record by using observation card.
  14. Review HIRADC effectiveness. Ensure working area safe for everyone. 
  15. Responsible to reducing AFR and ASR
  16. Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses. Review and analyze accidents and near miss and making corrective action recommendations
