Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in hotel or laundry industry is a must.
  • Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Business Correspondence, Handling Complaint, Administrative Skill
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Responsibilities

 

Tasks:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with operational team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Administrative Aspect

  • Ensure all clients' documentation are well maintain
  • Prepare daily report
  • Prepare and deliver clients contract
  • Prepare quotation for clients

 

Coordination with Operational Team

  • Ensure all clients inquiry are well received and coordinate with operational team for follow up action
  • Ensure all clients request and well communicated to respective personal
  • Report to GM on any problem related with delivery of clients request

 

Clients' Contact Point

  • Gather clients inquiry
  • Regularly conduct clients' visit
  • Handle clients' complaint
  • Seek advice from GM related with client's special request
