  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree major in Human Resources or related field. 
  2. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or relevant experience.
  3. People oriented and result driven. 
  4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  5. Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills. 
  6. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  7. Knowledge of HR system and database, SunFish will be an advantage.
  8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of the company. 
  9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
  10. Detail person, good calculation and pleasant personality, strong commitment, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision.
  11. Having background in hospitality / retail industry will be advantageous. 
  12. Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievancies or other issues. 
  3. Manage recruitment and selection process for business unit. 
  4. Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures accross the organization. 
  6. Nurture a positive working environment. 
  7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program for employees. 
  8. Assess training needs to apply, monitor and audit training programs.
  9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics. 
  10. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources management.
