Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree major in engineering, building science or relevant field. 
  2. Proven working experience as an Project Manager. 
  3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles. 
  4. Familiarity with qualify, health and safety standards. 
  5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. 
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  7. A team player with leadership abilities. 
  8. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. 
  9. Detail person, good calculation and pleasant personality, strong commitment, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision.
  10. Having background in hospitality / retail industry will be advantageous.
  11. Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaboration with engineers, architects, etc to determine the specifications of the project.
  2. Negotiate contract with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. 
  3. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. 
  4. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. 
  5. Plan all project operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. - Acquire equipment and material, monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. 
  6. Hire contractors, other staff and allocate responsibilities.
  7. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanic, etc and give them guidance when needed.
  8. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. 
  9. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
