Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree major in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
  2. Proven work experience as Recruiter Specialist or Recruitment Manager.
  3. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  4. Knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation.
  5. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  7. Strong decision-making skills.
  8. Detail person, pleasant personality, have strong commitment, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision.
  9. Having background in a retail/FMCG will be advantageous.
  10. Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing, boarding, review and exit interview from each employee.
  2. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  3. Update current and design new recruiting procedures such as job application and onboarding process. 
  4. Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria. 
  5. Keep track of recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). 
  6. Review recruitment software/platform and suggest the best option for company needs. 
  7. Coordinate our internal and each business unit for hiring process.
  8. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  9. Recommend ways to improve the company brand.
  10. Advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks and our careers page. 
  11. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and informs all hiring manager about changes in regulations.
  12. Build company’s professional network through relationship with HR professionals, colleges and partners.
