  • Graduate in Marketing/Business , with at least five years experiences in marketing, preferably in food or food ingredients in business to business or consumer markets.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Computer skills: excellent command of powerpoint and good knowledge of excel, word.
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Analytical, has strong business acumen and works efficiently
  • Ability to make decisions and build consensus
  • Ability to work in interdependence with other departments and colleagues e.g. GM, R&D, Sales, Technical, Operations, etc.
  • Creative, energetic, self-motivated
  • Resourceful multi-tasker.

Reporting directly to the Marketing  Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the strategy for the Industry channel.


Market Intelligence - Build Market intelligence for the product category on customer – competitor – consumer – company level

  • Accelerate the  growth and achieve the budget turnover through establishing and executing marketing programs which directly contribute to sales, brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible in developing and implementation of marketing plans for bakery, patisserie and chocolate
  • Responsible to develop and implementing the marketing plans tailor to each customer channel


Strategic Planning - Develop and implement the Marketing channel strategy

  • Responsible for survey/research pertaining to market knowledge, customer knowledge, competitor analysis, consumer analysis, to develop the market opportunities, and up date the product mix


Business Management:

  • Responsible for the product management processes and implementation, which include new product launch process and post launch monitoring.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Responsible to develop & implement marketing communications plans to support the sales team
  • To develop effective marketing approach/ trade marketing plans for key account management


Required Competencies

  • Finds and implements creative and innovative solutions for business challenges
  • Develops and shares strategic business and market insights and translates these into solutions for the business
  • Promotes our company culture within the wider organization. Facilitates the understanding of the organizational structure and proactively connects key stakeholders
