First established in 1947, now they are a wholly owned subsidiaries of a Fortune 500 corporation. 

Requirements
  • Experience – min 3years in an HR Business Partnering or an HR generalist role
  • Education - MBA in HR from a Tier 2 business school
  • Ability to build relationships and influence people in a matrix environment 
  • Ability to create and enforce process discipline and a positive work culture 
  • Flexibility to travel to offices across branches from other country 
  • Prior experience in managing a distributed sales force will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is necessary and experience of Workday/ Oracle/ Taleo an added advantage
Responsibilities

Works Closely with: General Manager, Business Heads in Sales/Service/Finance/SCM, Central Payroll team,  HR counterparts – across Water Quality and Danaher 

Reportees: This is an individual contributor role

Position Scope

This is a new position that has come up with the growing business and consolidation of Water Quality in Indonesia. This position is responsible for providing HR partnership to the business and will therefore work across a variety of HR topics, ranging from recruitment to probation, performance management, to HR administration. 

Talent acquisition and recruitment –

  • Tracking of open positions and discussing the hiring requirements with the hiring mangers
  • Calibrating with sourcing consultants and providing timely feedback in the weekly reviews with them
  • Initiating and tracking the interviews of hiring managers, cross manager, HR and management 
  • Process control improvement to measure and improve the time to fill (lead time to close an open position)

 Employee Lifecycle Management –

  • Handling associate on-boarding processes and immersion programs
  • Tracking completion of performance objectives and development plans
  • Payroll input and reviews, Full & Final Settlements, merit increase administration and leave management
  • Performance Review and Compensation Management including Sales Incentive plans
  • Administer exit formalities, conduct Exit interviews and provide feedback to business
  • Employee counselling and day to day query handling/issue resolution
  • Training need analysis and training implementation

Employee Engagement and Communication 

  • Driving Engagement Survey participation and associate engagement activities
  • Managing employee recognition programs
  • Championing the monthly/quarterly all hands meeting/townhalls and internal communication
  • Initiating and tracking skip level meetings
  • Managing and implementing retention measures

Monthly Tracking -

  • Monthly update of Headcount and Cost projections and annual budget preparation
  • Maintenance and timely updating of employee changes on Workday
  • Preparation and review of monthly HR Metrics in the form of visual or daily management (a part of Danaher Business system)
  • Leverage external agencies to ensure compliance across Hach offices (PF, Statutory compliances etc)
