Requirements

Internal Communication

  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with staff in head office and top management within the company as well as R&D and Business unit in Japan and other foreign subsidiaries in China, Thailand, etc
Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job

  • Manage of quality assurance operations in PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia (YADIN) to achieve and maintain its product and service quality in Japanese standard.

 

Responsibilities

Before mass production

  • Auditing Factory and quality before mass production starts
  • Participating operation test (Field quality audit) with 1st unit of mass production to evaluate the quality

 

After mass production

  • Warranty claim judgment from overseas – After the judgment, reply back to the company who submitted the claims. And discuss the responsibility with YAMINDO QC team for GT-1 (Power Tiller), YH150 (Mini-Combine), and with YADIN QC team for TF/TS series engines.
  • Receiving MQR (Market Quality Report) from SEA countries and prioritizing them, and send them to Factory or R&D team to make the solution quickly (We call it “Red Run Program”)
  • Participating Red Run Weekly Meeting through Video conference and update the information list
  • Making decision if the units can be shipped from Factory or not when a critical quality issue happens
  • Making decision of countermeasure for sold units and stock after the issue is solved – Mandatory fixing or Fixing as fail
  • Making schedule and arranging workmen and materials in case of Mandatory fixing
  • Completing rework manuals and uploading to system. Also ordering the parts if needed.
  • Participating dealer and customer survey just after new model is introduced in a market to find and solve quality issues.
  • Submitting monthly report to Yanmar Japan QA division
  • Report to Quality Assurance Manager
