Our company is a company engaged in the largest credit card in South Korea, which was established in 1982. We has establish the company in Indonesia in 2015, is engaged in the IT and consulting in the implementation of the credit card system in Indonesia.

Requirements
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) holder from reputable university.
  • 3 years working experience as technical support or professional services in Financial and Banking related industries.
  • Have experience on basic programming language (C, C++, .Net, VB and Java Scripting, Linux and SQL, C#, PHP). Prior experience developing in object oriented language in C++ for EDC and/or Embedded environments is a strong plus.
  • Have advance knowledge in Web Applications.
  • Have experience in handling Database (Oracle and SQL Server) and Middleware application.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa (actively).
  • Have good ability to gather business requirement in details, such as business flow, business improvement, identifying business gaps, etc.
  • Have good ability to develop functional and/or technical documentation.
  • Experienced in Financial service or Banking Industry is preferred.
  • Positive and can-do attitude
Responsibilities
  • This position requires a strong technical background in payment and banking industry related technologies, with the proven capability to implement and support complex environments.
  • You have a good working knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), especially IT Service Management.
  • You need to support business development for gathering information, documenting and analysis of business needs and technical requirements to identify new opportunities.
  • You need to manage incident request from client and ensuring full compliance to agreed SLA’s, security policies and procedures.
  • You will conduct continuous maintenance, review the service provided and oversee the performance of client application and infrastructure to ensure it meets agreed service levels and all customers’ requirements. Identify improvements to the service provided.
  • You must facilitate, coordinate and communicate with internal team, external parties and user according to solve problem.

 

 

 

  • You must able to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Must also be capable of learning computer applications and hardware in a quick and efficient manner.
