Education and Training:

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering – university or equivalent
  • Fluent in English language both verbal and written
  • Having a Master’s degree and German language fluency will be an advantage



  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aftersales service management in automotive industry
  • Having an aftersales retail experience will be an advantage

Managing all aftersales service & technical support for all Mercedes-Benz passenger car business in Indonesia in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, while insuring that all processes are in line with Daimler AG policy, standards, quality level, budget and target agreements;

  • Planning & setting strategic focus and direction of the division based on target agreements and guidelines from Daimler (Hub Region/ MS/OA)
  • Ensure that all customer complaints and technical support are addressed and proper solution is delivered
  • Manage and ensure all agreed projects target agreements are met, proper processes were carried out, measures are defined
  • Develop people (internal & external) and talents to ensure growth and contingency of the organization
  • Build, lead, motivate highly efficient and resourceful team that achieves results and objectives
