Requirements
  • BS University Degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented, strong team player comfortable working in matrix organization.
  • Experience working in manufacturing sector - preferring coatings and cookware manufacturing;
  • Demonstrated track record sales experience with knowledge on Key Account management.
  • Confident to interact multiple levels in customer organization from shop floor supervisor up to executive officers.
  • Good learning capability with strong solid technical background.
  • 10+ years in sales or technical services, experience in Fluorochemical or HVAC industry is preferable.  
  • Willing to travel frequently and short stay at customer site for technical support.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
Responsibilities
  • Serves as a contact point for technical support and commercial responsibility for assigned key accounts;
  • Able to keep track of new product or technology launch with customers in multiple sites and feedback to team network on issues and opportunities;
  • Ability to provide solution on general application issues while working with technical and R&D managers to address complicated application and technical issues in the designated countries;
  • Able to keep track of new product or technology launch with customers in multiple sites and feedback to technology team network on issues and opportunities;                                                                                
  • Contribute to achieve global key accounts annual revenue and profit objectives by executing Key Account strategy with good planning and team collaboration.
  • Achieve domestic accounts sales objective on revenue and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with functional and cross regional resources to improve offerings, conduct value-selling.
  • Build extensive and deep relationships within licensee organization, build in-depth knowledge on key accounts with cross regional counterparts.
  • Develop new customers and applications with Product and R&D Team to accelerate sales delivery of growth projects.
  • Proactively gather and analyze market dynamics and competitor information.
  • Ability to identify potential business and technical risk at customer visi
