Requirements
  • Male, min. 35 years old;
  • Can speak, write and read in Mandarin (Mandatory);
  • Can speak, write and read in English;
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, and Psychology;
  • At least 10 years experiences in Human Resources Area;
  • Have experiences working on site/remote area;
  • Have a good communication skill, leadership, and analytical thinking;
  • Have a strong knowledge about Labor Law;
  • Placement : Laroenai – Sulawesi Tengah
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitoring HR Site overall planning and regulation;
  • Manage and handle recruitment, OD, training and payroll;
  • Manage and handle Industrial Relation and Employee Relation;
  • Manage the HR Site team;
  • Prepare report to management;
  • Coordinate with HR Corporate regarding all issues in Site;
  • All task assigned by management/HR Director
