Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or healthcare with 2-3 years of experience with an emphasis on international business development or medical tourism.
  • The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills. The individual is also expected to work independently and to be self-motivated on the assigned territory.
  • Well-conversant with contemporary marketing practices and digital media platforms; experience in healthcare related platforms can be a plus 
  • Good connection of insurance, hospitals and strong agents database
  • Must have good computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent travel. 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maximizing sales revenue through insurance agency referral network expansion, partnership and elite community retention through on-ground sales visits and execute the strategic marketing plan. 
  • The position will involve a high degree of Indonesia domestic travel and successfully 

 

Market Development
  • Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, and execute field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying insurance requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Monitors competition and healthcare landscape in assigned territory. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks
  • Builds rapport with key insurance agency by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Identify potential new insurance agency in Jakarta (Jabodetabek) for market expansion opportunity in terms of outbound patient referral
 
Sales Strategic Planning and Support
  • Prepares sales initiatives by channels and business segments for Jakarta (Jabodetabek) that ensures attainment of company sales goas and profitability
  • Coordinate and manage the events planning, program, social and digital advertisement, RSVP and lead generation and all other meetings associated with the planned events
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations responses
  • Prepares weekly and monthly sales results & activities reports for the review meeting
  • Effective coordination with the hospital operations for resolving any patient related issues
