Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management and Business and minimum 2 years in the same field.
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 from reputable Universities
  • Good English speaking and writing
  • Familiar to work with data and have good analytical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, high self-confidence and can self-motivate to achieve the defined target.
Responsibilities

Basic Function:

  • Under supervision of President Director, coordinate activities of Service Sales Department to build and maintain good relationship with building owner, also to achieve Service Sales target as defined in business plan.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and forecast Service business growth.
  • Monitor and maintain positive Sales activities in accordance with Business Plan.
  • Maintain positive margin growth of Service, Repair and Modernization..
  • Monitor and evaluate competition as well as local service market.
  • Supervise and evaluate activities and capabilities of Service Sales staff in performing their duties and in implementing SMS and SIP program.
  • Ensure all Service Sales procedure has been well implemented.
  • Adapt with the workload and be ready to work outside working hours when required.
  • Comply with company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain written procedures in detail for all processes and tasks related with duties and responsibilities of the job.
  • Annually confirm commitment to EHS objectives and policy in Service Sales Department, ensure 5S program, EHS procedures and Ethics have been well implemented in accordance with OTIS Ethics as well as Ethics of UTC.
  • Immediately report to company’s BPO when finding any doubtful matters or situations.
  • Discuss Safety issues as the main agenda in each meeting and fulfill 8 hours commitment for monthly Safety activities.
  • Attend monthly meeting of EH&S Steering committee, discuss, review and recommend about audit findings, investigation, serious accident, proposal of regulation changes, design changes, training changes, etc.
  • Be disciplined in making sure the compliance of EHS performance to create safe working condition and use accountability process of EHS to measure work performance.
  • Participate in scheduled monthly audit. Concentrate on Fatality Preventive Action (FPA) items as well as company risks such as WWJSSS, local regulations, note , report and propose reward for good performance and vice versa.
  • Participate in EHS training, either scheduled (annual) or unscheduled, socialize and communicate and ensure its implementation.
  • Direct involve in each accident investigation in the department, comply with the procedure no. QP/EHSQ/011
  • Participate Assurance Review and ensure improvement for all problems in the next year.


Principal Working Relationship:

  • Direct report to President Director.
  • Liaise with all Heads of department.
  • Represent the company in the relations with customers and industry group.
