Requirements
  • Degree/diploma in HR or relevant discipline 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations & generalist role with payroll experience 
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations processes and good understanding of local labor law and legislation 
  • Disciplined action with sense of urgency on follow up and follow through on tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, be a team player; demonstrates strong work ethics
  • Flexible and adaptable to organization changes and customer changing needs; ability to deal with ambiguity 
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving, able to connect the dots in various processes and systems
  • Experience and keen interest in C&B work will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Workday administration
  • Ability to work in challenging and fast paced environment
Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF ROLE
 
For the Human Resource Executive role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of a broad spectrum of talent acquisition and HR Operations’ activities including Employee Data Base Management, End to End Payroll processing, Benefit Administration, support SEA HR teams, reporting requirements as well as process documentation and improvements. 
 
POSITION DUTIES
 
Talent Acquisition
  • Work with HRBP and hiring managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description and proposed grade;
  • Work with regional TA team to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency; 
  • Work with regional TA team and hiring manager for candidate assessment as per the position requirements, and provide recommendations.
HR Partnering
  • Ensure smooth HR process and employee service
  • Provide policy interpretation and consultation for the related people issues
  • Work with regional HRBP on ad-hoc projects to align HR communications and projects when required
  • Build up employer branding through internship programmes with universities in Indonesia
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Onboarding for new hires / interns
  • HR policies and benefits administration
  • Termination
Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Prepare required reporting & associated statistics for C&B review
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide support for any C&B related reports and/or activities
  • Expatriate tax administration
Payroll and Employee Data Management
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of data-entry and e-filing for employee records
  • Liaise with payroll vendor and ensure timely completion of monthly administration, including preparation of payroll reports required for Finance
  • Prepare year-end required reporting & associated statistics for submission of regulatory / Mercer surveys; and/or participate in internal, external payroll and benefits audits
HRIS and Vendor Management
  • Provide day to day operation support of HR operations’ processes including issue resolution, process enhancements and maintenance of current documentation
  • Manage and communicate any changes, and/or conduct training on HR systems when required
  • Provide day to day operation support for Coupa administration and ensure timely processing of payments to vendors
