Job Requirements:
• Experienced technology leader with 10+ years in software development with o minimum of 3 years experience managing a suite of applicat ons and all supporting resources.
• Strong technical/ architectural backgroundincluding modern /large scale systems design.
• High proficiency and technicalleadership in PHP ( Y'!.'f.!ln¥ Framework), GoLong,NodeJS.
• Expertise with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in coordinating / managing a distributed development teams. Proven track record of exceptionaltalent management of highly talented,diverse teams.
• Be the steward of software engineering best pract ces (including code quality,test coverage, product quality), processes,abstractions,metrics.
• Demonstrated effect veness as o coach and mentor to individual engineers & engineering leaders
• Track record of recruiting,retaining, and growing high performing talent
• Experience with architectural patterns of large,high-scale applications
• Shipped several large scale projects with muliple dependencies across teams
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead through example by consistently contribute code as on active and visible member of the engineering team, provide guidance & support to promote on innovative and challenging work environment
• Be able to balance the del very of business features with engineering excellence,as well as managing long-term technicaldebt/investments.
• Drive technicalarchitecture decisions andlead efforts to ensure successfulexecut on of strategies whi e ensuring architecture integrity and standards.
• Develop and maintain technology processes and procedures that upholds high performance engineering culture and product strategy.
• Prooctivelyidentify and resolve strategic issues that impact the team's ability to meet gools.
• Implement and evolve patterns, practices, and processes to support effective design,development, and del very of customer value,in partnership with Vice President of Engineering,other engineering leaders, and Product Leaders.
• Coach and mentor engineering leaders to be more effectiveleaders of people and teams.
• Cooch and mentor individual engineers to be more effective individual contributors.
• Ensure adherence to established patterns,practices, and processesin areas of immediate responsibility and across engineering.
• Contribute to strategic planning in areas of immediate responsiblity and across engineering.
