Responsibilities
  • Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers;
  • Increases and drive the Direct Numeric Distribution  both for GT  & MT
  • communicating values, strategies, and objectives;
  • assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
  • Develops strategic plan by studying Sales opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Establish sales target, communicate, monitoring and manage the sales performance for each channel & by product Mix and location to ensure the achievement of all channel  sales target across the Country
  • Develop sales forecast and periodically update the forecast to ensure the accuracy of the forecast Develop sales planning based on the forecast and the latest market activity to ensure that the sales team can support the national sales target
  • Developing sales  incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions;
  • Develop  the Promotional  program in collaborating with the Marketing Manager to both for the new and existing outlet in order to ensure the achievement of  Modern Trade & General trade sales targets
  • Drive the implementation of product price matrix by channel and location to identify and capture new margin opportunities by Channel
  • Select, appoint, and manage Sales Partners/Official Distributors/Sub Distributors as business partner in given territories, and ensure they operate as per Company policy.
  • Manage the collection of all complaints from all external customers, the analysis of the data to see trends, patterns, concentrations, and tendencies to avoid customer turnover
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  • Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates' performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
  • Manage the execution of credit policy, trading terms , customer invoice administration, customer invoicing and credit collection to ensure optimum sales turn over
